TECHNICAL AND LEGAL REQUIREMENTS AND SUPPORT TO THE IMPLEMENTATION

» Analysis of legal and technical background for making Linked Open Traffic Data Actionable, to find out the impact of the implementation of the European legislation on the framework for the deployment of Intelligent Transport Systems in the field of road transport and for interfaces with other modes of transport, and its delegated acts.

» Analysis of the models for road traffic and travel information in Europe, mainly focused, but not exclusively, on the European standard DATEX II, used in many of the priority areas and services mentioned in the European ITS Directive (2010/40/EU).

» Actions based on PSI and ITS Directives as discovery, distribution, harvesting processes will be analysed together with linked data concepts and metadata description of services. The results of this analysis in the form of a report will be used in both the design and implementation phases of the project.
