EUROLogin20 project extends its duration until October
The European Digital and Health Executive Agency (HaDEA) has confirmed the extension of the EUROLogin20 project, which aims to integrate the eID Digital Services Infrastructure (DSI) into the systems of the three participating European electronic data interchange (EDI) providers. The current completion date, as announced at last week's consortium meeting, is October 31 of this year. More information on IRTIC's website.
The incorporation of DSI in the systems developed by the project is a key element in allowing European citizens and companies to digitally identify themselves in order to carry out transactions or any type of management, regardless of the country in which they are located.
During these last months, the entities participating in the initiative have contacted their corresponding national service of the eIDAS node and have formally requested the support of an operator. They have also worked, among other tasks, on the analysis and design of the eID module to be implemented and integrated in the selected electronic services.
The project is co-financed by the European Commission through the CEF Telecom programme managed by HaDEA. Generix, Nubilaria and headOn, from France, Italy and the Netherlands respectively, are part of this Action coordinated by IRTIC.
