Partners of EURINV19 are already able to process electronic invoices compliant with EN
The EURINV19 project is concluding this July after 19 months of work that has included the analysis of the technical requirements, the design of the solutions and the performance of the mandatory CEF Conformance Testing and Consortium Interoperability Tests. You can find more information on IRTIC's site.
Partners are now able to process electronic invoices compliant with the European eInvoicing standard (EN 16931) and, therefore, they are contributing to spread the cross-border use of eInvoicing solutions EN compliant around Europe.
The Action has been co-financed by the European Health and Digital Executive Agency (HaDEA), formerly Innovation and Networks Executive Agency (INEA), under the CEF Telecom Program. Given that the Action included parallel implementations in several Member States, the demonstration to HaDEA of all these implemented solutions was made through two DEMO meetings that took place in June and July.
The initiative has aimed to update the electronic invoicing cloud platforms of the EDI providers Crediflow (Sweden), Qvalia (Sweden), Transalis (UK) and Easy Systems (The Netherlands) to become fully compliant with the EN 16931 and its required syntaxes (UBL and CII).
After that, the project has focused on implementing eInvoicing solutions compliant with this EN in the end-users Trinity College (Ireland), Tatra Billing (Slovakia), Carrefour (France) and Althea (UK). IRTIC has coordinated this consortium along with the technical management of LMT Group (Spain).
