The CEF EURINV19 action results
After 19 months of project duration and the conclusion of different stages and tasks, the EDI providers have updated their interoperable eInvoicing platforms and the end-users have uptaken the eInvoicing platforms of their supporting EDI providers, finally making all of them able to process electronic invoices compliant with EN. Launched in January 2020, the CEF eInvoicing action EURINV19 (Adopting the European Standard by using consolidated eInvoicing cloud platforms) ends on July 31st, 2021. The Consortium of this project, always under the coordination of IRTIC – Universitat de València (Spain) and the technical management of LMT Group (Spain), has aimed firstly, to update the electronic invoicing cloud platforms of the EDI providers Crediflow (Sweden), Qvalia (Sweden), Transalis (UK) and Easy Systems (The Netherlands) to become fully compliant with the European eInvoicing standard (EN 16931) and its required syntaxes (UBL and CII); and secondly, to implement eInvoicing solutions compliant with this EN in the end-users Trinity College (Ireland), Tatra Billing (Slovakia), Carrefour (France) and Althea (UK).
EURINV19 has been an initiative co-financed by the CEF Telecom Program of the European Commission (Action number 2019‐EU‐IA‐0037), through its European Health and Digital Executive Agency (HaDEA).
