As part of the AS4EDI2020 project, Ionite has developed ion-AS4, a new software library that implements AS4, to make both ion-AP and ion-SMP conformant to the CEF eDelivery AS4 Profile. With this addition, all of Ionite's current and future users can benefit from the improved security and stability AS4 provides for business document exchange. More information on Ionite's website.
AS4EDI20 participants develop pre-technical implementation tasks and initiate compliance and connectivity testing The implementing participants of the AS4E4DI20 project have carried out the technical and functional requirements analysis of the initiative, as well as presented the solution design and implementation planning schedule in their own Individual Solution Design Report. In the AS4EDI2020 project, Ionite is developing a new AS4 implementation for use with its access point software. This includes readers and writers for MIME, eBMS, SOAP and WSSe, as well as AS4-specific integrations for its Access Point controller and SMP software. Goldman is joining a consortium with companies all over the EU for the project AS4EDI2020. It is composed of participants from different Member States, namely Spain, Netherlands, Italy, Latvia and Cyprus. This cross-border scenario, the use of PEPPOL network and the 6 parallel implementations will facilitate the interoperability testing and the deployment corresponding to each AP and SMP of this Action.
