EN16391 Conformant!
Crediflow has successfully passed CEF Conformance Tests and has been approved as an EN16931 conformant solution. They have also successfully conducted Interoperability Tests with other parties in the EURINV19 Grant.
The Action aims to: (1) update the electronic invoicing cloud platforms of 5 Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) providers to become fully compliant with the European eInvoicing standard (EN) required syntaxes (UBL and CII) and (2) implement eInvoicing solutions compliant with the EN in 4 end-users (public and private entities).
Each eInvoicing solution of the EDI providers (NetEDI, Crediflow, Elcom, Qvalia, Transalis and Easy Systems) is an interoperable platform already available as a node in the PEPPOL network. Under this Action, these platforms will incorporate advanced eInvoicing functionalities, such as the capability to send/receive invoices compliant with the EN, translate invoices into different formats for the data integration in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, real time reporting of invoices and cross-border transactions and guaranteed interoperability with ERP systems. On the other hand, the four end-users (Althea, Tatra, Carrefour and Trinity College Dublin) will be supported by well-established EDI providers for the uptake of an eInvoicing platform and the upgrade of their ERP systems to process electronic invoices compliant with the EN
The Action will contribute to the update and uptake of eInvoicing solutions compliant with the European standard on electronic invoicing. Furthermore, the consortium will cover the whole cross-border scenario: invoice senders, invoice receivers and eInvoicing providers from different Member States.

INEA has published the list of eInvoicing conformant solutions
INEA has recently published in the CEF Digital website the list of eInvoicing conformant solutions. this could be of major interest for the partners of our action EURINV19 (Adopting the European Standard by using consolidated eInvoicing cloud platforms), co-funded by the European Commission through the CEF Telecom program (2019‐EU‐IA‐0037).
The EURINV19 participants are working on the testing phase, prior to conclude the Action
In the scope of the EURINV19 project (Adopting the European Standard by using consolidated eInvoicing cloud platforms), some mandatory tests are required in order to assure that the technical implementation has been correctly performed. Thus, supported by the Coordinator (UVEG) and the Technical Manager (LMT Group), the Action’s Consortium is currently working on Activity 12 of the Grant Agreement, that involves the CEF eInvoicing Conformance Testing and Consortium interoperability tests.
Partners of EURINV19 reach the interoperability phase of the initiative
Partners of EURINV19 have started the Interoperability Tests stage of the project. Several of them have already successfully exchanged invoices compliant with the European elnvoicing standard (EN) with other members of the consortium, so the initiative is a step closer to its completion.
